About the job

NTS is looking for a Project Manager NPI to lead multidisciplinary teams in the industrialization of advanced modules at their Hengelo location. The role involves coordinating with various departments and managing projects from prototype to production readiness.

What you will do

Leading multidisciplinary project teams in the industrialization of advanced modules
Coordinating between account managers, engineers, purchasing, production, and quality
Creating project plans including risk analysis and resource planning
Managing a project team of 4 to 8 FTE within engineering and production
Maintaining client relationships and translating ambitions into concrete deliverables
Responsible for NPI execution from prototype to 0-series and production readiness

What you bring

Demonstrable experience in high-tech project management
Demonstrable experience with NPI projects or industrialization
Strong in stakeholder management
Skilled in dynamic environments and change management
Decisive under pressure
Proficiency in Dutch and English

Nice to have

Knowledge of production processes and industrial validation
IPMA C or D certified or willing to obtain
