NTS in Hengelo is looking for a Teamlead Quality Control to lead two teams in the measurement room and final inspection. In this role, you will oversee the optimization of measurement programs and the development of inspection procedures.

What you will do

Leading two teams in the measurement room and final inspection
Monitoring and optimizing measurement programs and inspections
Developing and implementing inspection procedures
Preparing investment proposals
Conducting performance reviews and personnel planning
Collaborating with quality engineers

What you bring

HBO level in measurement technology, mechanical engineering, or similar
Demonstrable experience as a manager in an industrial or technical environment
Knowledge of measurement technology and experience with CMM systems
Strong in planning, organizing, and process improvement
Quality-driven and decisive
Good command of the English language
