Wakuli is looking for a Barista for their location in Hilversum. You will craft specialty coffees and advise customers on beans and pods for home use. This role is perfect for someone passionate about coffee and eager to grow in a impact-driven company.

What you will do

Craft specialty coffees and other drinks
Advise customers on coffee beans and pods for home use
Maintain coffee equipment
Ensure service readiness and hygiene standards
Open and close the coffee bar independently
Train new colleagues as needed

What you bring

1+ years in customer service, restaurant, or retail
Fluent in English, preferably some Dutch
Strong knowledge or willingness to learn specialty coffee
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Minimum 16 hours per week, including at least one weekend day
