Wakuli is looking for a Store Manager to lead the daily operations of its Groningen location. This role is central to ensuring a consistent customer experience and driving team performance in a fast-scaling impact company.
What you will do
- Manage daily store operations
- Lead and develop the team
- Hire, onboard, and train new staff
- Ensure customer experience and service consistency
- Monitor store performance, revenue, waste, and compliance
- Support scheduling and share best practices
What you bring
- 3+ years leading teams in hospitality, retail, or operations
- Track record of coaching and performance management
- Strong operational instincts
- Sense of ownership and service quality
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Availability 32 hours per week including weekend day
