About the job

Xebia is looking for a (Senior) Program & Delivery Manager to lead complex multi-project programs and large technology engagements. In this role, you will orchestrate teams across technologies, locations, and vendors while partnering with executive sponsors on strategic decisions. You will own engagement revenue, forecasting, and profitability, ensuring successful delivery and governance.

What you will do

Lead complex multi-project programs or large technology engagements
Orchestrate Xebia and client teams across technologies, locations and vendors
Partner with executive sponsors on strategic trade-offs
Design and oversee governance, assurance, risk management and decision-making
Lead critical escalations, delivery recovery and major changes
Own engagement revenue, forecasting, budgets, profitability and contractual governance

What you bring

8-12+ years of relevant experience including technology consulting with external clients
Track record of leading complex technology programs or large delivery engagements
Strong commercial leadership including financial performance and contractual risk
Broad technology fluency across cloud, data, software engineering and AI-enabled delivery
Experience tailoring Agile, traditional and hybrid methodologies
Demonstrated coaching and distributed-team leadership

Nice to have

Advanced certifications are advantageous
