About the job
Delta Electronics in Hoofddorp is looking for an ESG Intern to support its sustainability efforts. You will help collect and analyze ESG data, prepare reports, and stay updated on regulations. This is a hands-on role in a collaborative, international environment.
What you will do
- Collect, validate, and consolidate ESG data from internal stakeholders
- Analyze sustainability data to identify trends and insights
- Support data quality checks and audit processes
- Engage with colleagues across departments to gather and clarify ESG information
- Assist in preparing sustainability reports and compliance documentation
- Monitor ESG trends, regulations, and best practices
What you bring
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Passionate about sustainability, ESG, and responsible business practices
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
Nice to have
- Chinese language skills
