About the job

Kraft Heinz is looking for an Associate Director, Procurement Finance to lead global procurement financial operations from Amsterdam. In this role, you will own the procurement P&L and provide strategic financial insights to the Chief Procurement Officer, while developing a team of finance professionals.

What you will do

Own the global procurement P&L
Provide financial visibility and analysis to the CPO, including FX and commodities
Review global category-led contracts financially
Review ESG commitments and contracts financially
Implement and align procurement methodologies
Lead and develop a team of 2 direct and 5 indirect reports

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
Experience in a CPG company in food and beverage
10 years in operations or corporate finance
Strong communication, leadership and coaching skills
Ability to simplify data for executive presentations
Experience with budgets, forecasts and modelling

Nice to have

MBA or CPA
Experience in public accounting, investment banking or consulting
