About the job

Vertage is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join their team in Hoofddorp. In this role, you will deliver global L&D programmes across the Netherlands, facilitate workshops, and own the onboarding experience for new starters.

What you will do

Deliver global L&D programmes across the Netherlands
Facilitate face-to-face and virtual workshops
Own and deliver onboarding and induction for new starters
Adapt global learning content for local needs
Gather feedback and improve learning experiences
Coordinate external learning providers

What you bring

2–3 years experience in L&D or related field
Fluent Dutch and English
Professional qualification in L&D or related discipline
Strong learning design and facilitation skills
Confident face-to-face facilitator
Experience with different audiences and stakeholders

Nice to have

Experience in global or international organisation
Experience delivering global L&D programmes
Experience adapting global content locally
Experience with learning platforms or digital learning
