About the job

Vertage is looking for a Learning Technology Manager to own and develop the learning technology roadmap, focusing on digital learning and AI. In this hybrid role based in Hoofddorp, you will manage the LMS, improve the digital learning experience, and implement AI-driven solutions.

What you will do

  • Own and develop the learning technology roadmap
  • Manage and optimize the LMS, SAP Litmos KnowHow, including configuration, permissions, pathways, reporting, and integrations
  • Improve digital learning experience and accessibility
  • Work hands-on with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and SSO
  • Guide development of digital learning content using tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, and AI solutions
  • Implement AI and automation opportunities using tools like Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Automate

What you bring

  • Solid experience managing or developing learning technology or digital learning platforms
  • Strong experience administering and improving LMS, preferably SAP Litmos KnowHow
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Practical technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, SSO, or integrations
  • Hands-on experience using AI or automation for learning or workflows
  • Experience leading people or cross-functional projects and managing suppliers, licences, or budgets

Nice to have

  • Experience with digital learning authoring tools
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting technologies
