HeadFirst B.V. is looking for a Program Manager to lead global MSP and workforce-solution initiatives. In this role, you will drive strategy through implementation, develop operating models, and establish performance frameworks across international teams.
What you will do
- Manage strategic global MSP and workforce-solution initiatives from strategy through implementation
- Translate workforce and MSP strategy into structured implementation programs
- Develop and improve MSP operating models, processes and governance structures with portfolio owners and regional teams
- Bring external market knowledge to challenge existing ways of working and identify improvements
- Define global standards while ensuring local adaptation
- Establish KPIs, SLAs, governance, reporting and performance-management frameworks
What you bring
- 8+ years in program, project or workforce-solutions management with hands-on MSP or contingent workforce experience
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end Recruitment MSP operating model including supplier ecosystems, VMS, demand processes, KPIs, compliance and reporting
- Proven experience translating workforce-solutions expertise into operating models, standards or transformation initiatives
- Experience driving operational change and implementation within complex organisations
- Experience with workforce technology such as VMS or ATS
- Experience operating across multiple countries with international workforce programs
Nice to have
- Agile or SAFe certification
