Kite Pharma in Hoofddorp is looking for a Project Engineer to lead the technical definition, design, and delivery of facility, utility, and equipment projects. In this role, you will translate business needs into engineering solutions and collaborate with external partners to ensure projects meet cGMP, EHS, and regulatory standards.
What you will do
- Lead technical definition, design and delivery of facility, utility and equipment projects
- Translate business needs and operational constraints into engineering concepts and solutions
- Lead feasibility studies and option assessments with external partners
- Develop or coordinate technical specifications, design requirements and tender packages
- Review and challenge designs and deliverables from engineering partners and vendors
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, cGMP, EHS and regulatory requirements
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- At least 6 years of engineering experience in cGMP manufacturing or regulated industry
- Experience leading technical design and delivery of projects
- Ability to translate operational needs into practical engineering solutions
- Experience with specifications, feasibility studies, design packages and vendor deliverables
- Knowledge of cGMP, change management, risk management, deviations and CAPA
Nice to have
- Experience with AutoCAD or Revit
- Experience working with external design partners
