Delta Electronics is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in the power supplies sector. Based in Hoofddorp, you will identify new business opportunities and manage key customer relationships throughout the product lifecycle.

What you will do

Identify and develop high-potential business opportunities
Track market ecosystem changes and technology trends
Manage existing customers throughout the product lifecycle
Achieve defined sales targets
Collaborate with product management, application engineering, and operations teams
Provide regular reporting, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasts

What you bring

Minimum 5 years experience in power electronics industry
At least 2 years experience focusing on energy infrastructure products
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
Managed projects with grid-connected power conversion systems
Proven track record of working directly with customers
Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to have

Proficiency in French or German
