About the job

Lely is seeking a Contract Manager Electronics to join their team in Maassluis. In this role, you will manage supplier relationships and contracts within a high-tech agricultural environment. You will work in a hybrid model, spending at least three days per week on campus.

What you will do

Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships
Monitor supplier performance in quality, logistics, technology, cost, and compliance
Identify and mitigate supply risks
Draft and manage contracts and framework agreements
Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms
Lead sourcing and contracting projects

What you bring

Completed Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or technical field
At least 3 years of experience in strategic or tactical procurement
Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience
Knowledge of ERP systems and analytical tools
Excellent written and spoken English
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 10-20% internationally

Nice to have

Experience in high-tech or manufacturing environments
Experience with manufacturing or series production processes
