Lely is looking for a People Lead Software Testing to guide and develop a team of Software Test Engineers in Maassluis. In this role, you will shape verification strategies and quality processes while fostering collaboration across technical disciplines.

What you will do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 to 14 Software Test Engineers
Manage performance, reviews, recruitment, coaching, and development plans
Define and improve verification strategies and quality processes
Support teams in creating testable requirements and data-driven validation
Provide insights on product maturity and release readiness
Drive collaboration across technical disciplines

What you bring

Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical discipline
Several years of experience in software testing, verification, or quality engineering
Proven experience as a formal line manager of a technical team
Broad technical interest and affinity with multidisciplinary systems and robotics
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English

Nice to have

Experience in robotics, mechatronics, systems engineering, or complex hardware-software environments
