Contract Manager Electronics

About the job

Lely is looking for a Contract Manager Electronics to join their team in Maassluis. In this role, you will build and maintain long-term supplier relationships and manage contracts in a high-tech environment.

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships
• Monitor supplier performance in quality, logistics, technology, cost, and compliance
• Identify, assess, and mitigate supply risks
• Draft, manage, and improve contracts and framework agreements
• Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms
• Lead sourcing and contracting projects

What you bring

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or other technical field
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic or tactical procurement
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management
• Knowledge of ERP systems and analytical tools
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Valid driver's license for supplier visits

Nice to have

• Experience in high-tech or manufacturing environments
• Experience with manufacturing or series production processes
