Lely is seeking a Head of Lely Academy to lead its learning and capability-building strategy in Maassluis. You will develop a future-focused vision, manage the L&D team, and drive measurable results in an international environment.

What you will do

Develop future-focused vision and multi-year approach for learning and capability building
Translate strategy into clear priorities, development programmes, and measurable results
Lead and develop the Lely Academy team
Build strong relationships with senior leaders, HR colleagues, and subject-matter experts
Develop governance, ways of working, and infrastructure for Learning & Development
Manage Learning Management System and use latest learning technologies including AI

What you bring

Extensive experience in senior-level stakeholder management in a complex international organisation
Practical experience in Learning & Development with a clear vision of learning and leadership
Extensive experience in leading and developing a professional team
Demonstrable experience in building, transforming, or professionalising L&D or HR
Ability to translate strategic vision into concrete priorities, governance, programmes, and results
Academic-level working and thinking ability
