Lely is looking for a Technical Service Specialist to join their team in Maassluis. In this role, you will work on strategic long-term projects for the Milking portfolio, focusing on the Lely Astronaut. You will represent the service and lifecycle perspective in multidisciplinary product and project teams.

What you will do

Work on strategic long-term projects for the Milking portfolio focusing on the Lely Astronaut
Represent service and lifecycle perspective in multidisciplinary product and project teams
Ensure maintainability, product uptime, and service standards are embedded in product design
Define and substantiate service requirements for new products and improvements
Analyze data, service insights, and field feedback to translate into structural product improvements
Contribute to development of global maintenance and service standards

What you bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Software Engineering
Several years of experience in a technical or engineering-oriented environment
Affinity with complex technical systems and the complete product lifecycle
Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach
Excellent communication skills and experience in multidisciplinary teams
Good command of English and willingness to travel internationally occasionally
