About the job
Helin Data B.V. is looking for an HR Specialist to join their team in Rijswijk. In this hybrid role, you will provide first-line support and advice to employees and managers while managing the full employee lifecycle. You will coordinate payroll processes, support recruitment, and ensure compliance with P&C documentation and policies.
What you will do
- Provide first-line P&C support and advice to employees and managers
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract changes, leave administration, and offboarding
- Coordinate monthly payroll processes and prepare payroll mutations
- Support recruitment from sourcing to offer management and onboarding
- Ensure P&C documentation, policies, and employee files are accurate and compliant
- Support performance management, engagement initiatives, and P&C programs
What you bring
- 3-6 years of HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Administration experience
- Experience across the full employee lifecycle
- Knowledge of P&C best practices and employee relations
- Experience preparing payroll mutations or supporting payroll administration
- Recruitment experience and partnership with hiring managers
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Nice to have
- Experience working in a scale-up, technology, SaaS, or engineering-driven environment
- Familiarity with Dutch labor law
- Experience with HRIS systems like Personio
- Experience supporting international and multicultural workforces
- Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and benefits administration
- Dutch language skills
