Sia is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join their team in Maastricht. In this role, you will lead internal AI product development and work on client projects as an ML expert. You will design cloud architectures and build production ML/AI solutions.

Guide Data Scientists in scaling models
Give trainings and organize events

What you bring

MSc in Computer Science, AI, or related field
2-4 years building production ML pipelines
Strong ML fundamentals and domain expertise
Expert in Python and one of Scala, C++, Java
Experience with SQL and cloud platforms
Experience with DevOps tools and big data tech

Nice to have

Coaching or mentoring experience
Prior management consulting experience
Willingness to travel for clients
