- Identify and implement strategic business opportunities with value-added programs
- Lead initiatives for sustainable customer growth
- Evaluate growth opportunities and execute strategic plans with leadership
- Support and develop Strategic Account Managers to optimize sales performance
- Lead initiatives to secure Approved Vendor status with multinational customers
What you bring
- 4-year college degree in a sales-related field
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience in electronic components industry
- Expertise in sourcing, account management, and CRM
- Substantial product knowledge
- Dutch and English languages required
Nice to have
- French language preferred
