Catawiki is looking for a Category Manager for Coins & Banknotes to drive growth in a key collecting category. You will lead a large international expert team and own the full P&L for the category.

What you will do

Define and execute long-term growth strategy for the category
Own P&L and steer revenue, margin, and performance
Translate complex data into commercial priorities
Lead, coach, and develop a large international expert team
Build and maintain relationships with key sellers
Strengthen seller pipeline in partnership with Sales

What you bring

Proven experience in consumer goods markets
Experience managing larger teams and multiple direct reports
Strong seller or supplier relationship management experience
Senior leadership presence: calm, grounded, decisive
Strong analytical skills and P&L responsibility
Confidence influencing senior stakeholders

Nice to have

Interest in coins, banknotes, history, or collecting
