Catawiki is looking for a Commercial Operations Project Manager to join their Trust Operations Excellence team. In this role, you will design and improve the end-to-end lifecycle for Trust & Safety risk management. You will develop scalable processes and translate investigator insights into operational and tooling requirements.

What you will do

Design and improve the end-to-end lifecycle for Trust & Safety risk identification, detection, review, investigation, and enforcement
Develop scalable operational processes for Trust & Safety detection capabilities
Translate investigator insights and policy requirements into operational and tooling requirements
Improve review queues, case prioritisation, escalation processes, decision frameworks, and feedback loops
Establish quality controls and performance measures for Trust & Safety reviews and investigations
Diagnose and improve end-to-end marketplace operations across organisational boundaries

What you bring

Experience diagnosing complex operational problems and leading improvements from discovery to implementation
Comfortable working with operational data and defining performance measures
Ability to translate operational requirements into requirements for Product, Engineering, Data Science, and automation teams
Excellent facilitation and communication skills to align stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication in English, proficient in SQL, and experience with AI tools

Nice to have

Experience in online marketplace, e-commerce, payments, fraud prevention, or Trust & Safety environment
Knowledge of investigation, review, enforcement/regulatory operations, risk-based decision frameworks, or quality assurance
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, service design, BI tools, automation, decision support systems, or other operational-improvement methodologies
