About the job

Catawiki is looking for a Commercial Operations Project Manager to join their Trust Operations Excellence team. In this role, you will design and improve the Trust & Safety risk lifecycle and develop scalable operational processes. You will work in a hybrid environment, driving improvements that have a visible impact across a global organisation.

What you will do

  • Design and improve Trust & Safety risk lifecycle
  • Develop scalable operational processes for detection capabilities
  • Translate investigator insights into operational and tooling requirements
  • Improve review queues, case prioritisation, escalation processes and feedback loops
  • Establish quality controls and performance measures for reviews and investigations
  • Identify opportunities for automation and decision support

What you bring

  • Experience diagnosing complex operational problems and leading improvements from discovery to implementation
  • Comfortable working with operational data and defining performance measures
  • Ability to translate operational requirements into clear requirements for Product, Engineering, Data Science and automation teams
  • Excellent facilitator and communicator to align stakeholders with different priorities
  • Proactive, independent and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in online marketplace, e-commerce, payments, fraud prevention or Trust & Safety environment
  • Knowledge of investigation, review, enforcement/regulatory operations, risk-based decision frameworks or quality assurance
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma, service design, BI tools, automation or decision support systems
