Catawiki is looking for a Key Account Manager to support the growth of sellers in the Benelux region. In this hybrid role, you will manage a portfolio of top sellers, develop strategies to increase their performance, and build long-term commercial agreements. You will collaborate with internal teams to improve seller support and supply.

What you will do

Take over newly onboarded sellers from Business Developers and support their growth
Identify existing sellers with high growth potential and develop strategies to increase performance and revenue
Build, negotiate and maintain commercial agreements for mutual value
Monitor seller health and performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities
Grow and retain a portfolio of top sellers through relationship building and KPI analysis
Collaborate with Experts and internal stakeholders to improve seller support and supply

What you bring

Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, email, and cross-functional collaboration
Experience building and maintaining strategic relationships with high-value sellers or commercial accounts
Strategic mindset with strong negotiation and value-based selling skills
Autonomous and organised approach to managing accounts and priorities
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commercial, Economics, Sales-related or relevant field with sales experience
Excellent Dutch and English communication skills and willingness to travel within Netherlands and Belgium

Nice to have

Confidence with data and Google Workspace tools including Google Sheets and Google Slides
Experience with HubSpot or another sales CRM
