ClickHouse is seeking a People Business Partner Lead to support its EMEA region. In this role, you will serve as the primary People partner to EMEA managers and leaders, translating business priorities into proactive People and organizational strategies. You will also partner with EMEA leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership capability, while adapting global programs for regional needs.

Serve as primary People partner to EMEA managers and leaders
Translate business priorities into proactive People and organizational strategies
Partner with EMEA leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, role clarity, team effectiveness, and leadership capability
Identify patterns and systemic issues across teams and translate insights into recommendations
Adapt global People programs for regional needs and drive adoption
Bridge EMEA leadership and global People organization

What you bring

Significant experience in senior HR Business Partner or People leadership roles
Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into People strategy
Strong experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
Proven ability to influence senior business leaders
Experience working across global and distributed organizations
Strong relationship-building and influence skills
