About the job
Silverflow is looking for a Product Manager to own the vision for Authorizations in transaction processing. You will drive discovery, prioritization, and system design in a high-growth fintech environment.
What you will do
- Define and execute product vision for Authorizations
- Own quarterly OKRs and roadmap
- Conduct continuous discovery with clients and market
- Prioritize sprints with engineering and commercial teams
- Serve as subject-matter expert on transaction processing
- Lead system design sessions and create documentation
What you bring
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Operations, STEM or analytical field
- 2-5 years Product Management or Operations experience in high-growth environment, top-tier banking, or consulting
- Data-driven problem solver
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective communicator across all levels
- Systems thinker with eagerness to master complex interactions
Nice to have
- Payments experience
- Track record in fintech or infrastructure software
