Silverflow is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead sales strategies and drive growth in the payments and fintech sector. This role involves full-cycle consultative selling and building strong client relationships, with the flexibility to work from the Netherlands and travel internationally.
What you will do
- Own and execute end-to-end sales strategies to scale presence across target segments
- Run full-cycle consultative sales processes from prospect to signed deal
- Proactively identify and convert opportunities through outreach, partnerships, and industry events
- Build long-lasting, trust-based relationships with stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between market and product/engineering teams, feeding customer insights
- Maintain pipeline metrics in CRM and ensure seamless account handoffs
What you bring
- 10+ years of successful B2B consultative sales experience in payments, fintech, or complex enterprise tech
- Strong existing network across acquirers, banks, Payfacs, PSPs, and global platform commerce leaders
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills in English
- Proven track record of project execution and over-delivering in a fast-paced scale-up
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Based in the Netherlands and ready for international travel
