EVERIENCE is looking for a Data Engineer to design and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and data teams to transform complex datasets into reliable data products.

What you will do

• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms
• Develop ETL/ELT processes and data integrations
• Transform complex datasets into reliable data products
• Build and maintain cloud-based data solutions
• Ensure data quality, reliability, security and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders and data teams

What you bring

• 3+ years experience as Data Engineer or similar
• Experience in Dutch energy, utilities, renewable-energy or infrastructure sector
• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL
• Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform
• Experience with modern data platforms like Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse or Snowflake

Nice to have

• Relevant cloud or data-engineering certifications (Azure, Databricks, etc.)
• Energy-sector experience in areas like trading, renewables, grids, smart meters, forecasting, etc
