About the job

As Corporate Sustainability Officer at Sopra Steria, you will translate Group commitments into a local ESG programme and drive initiatives across climate, inclusion, and responsible digital. You coordinate governance, reporting, and performance while engaging colleagues and leadership to embed sustainability into daily operations.

What you will do

  • Translate Group sustainability commitments into a local ESG programme
  • Build an internal network and engage colleagues in sustainability initiatives
  • Work with leadership and business teams to embed sustainability into decisions and operations
  • Coordinate ESG governance, sustainability reporting, regulatory compliance and performance management
  • Drive initiatives across climate, environment, inclusion, workforce, responsible digital and societal engagement
  • Communicate progress and address resistance constructively

What you bring

  • Senior experience in sustainability or ESG with implementation responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to build internal relationships and deliver change without formal authority
  • Experience or affinity with technology, consulting and responsible digital
  • Practical knowledge of ESG regulations and reporting frameworks such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy and double materiality
  • Comfortable working with sustainability data, KPIs, dashboards and reporting processes
  • Fluency in Dutch and English

Nice to have

  • Experience within IT services or consulting
  • Another European language
