What you will do

Deliver high-level customer service with styling advice and product knowledge
Analyze sales data and collaborate with store manager to maximize performance
Lead and motivate sales advisors to meet service and presentation standards
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Identify and nurture future talent, contribute to development plans
Oversee daily store operations and ensure brand standards

What you bring

Good knowledge of store operations from previous retail experience, preferably in fashion
Customer-focused and leads by example in prioritizing customer needs
Genuine interest in products and enthusiasm for sharing with customers
Open to feedback and seeks personal and professional development
Clear, confident, and empathetic communication with customers and team
Adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable with varied hours including evenings, weekends, holidays

Nice to have

Proven ability to organize and motivate teams in fast-paced environments
Understanding of key retail KPIs and how to use them to drive performance
