About the job
Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for a Night Receptionist to join their team in Nijmegen. In this role, you will be the welcoming face for late-arriving guests and ensure smooth night operations. You will handle check-ins, guest inquiries, and night audit procedures while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
What you will do
- Welcoming late-arriving guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
- Managing guest inquiries, requests, and reservations during the night shift
- Performing night audit procedures and ensuring accuracy of financial and operational reports
- Monitoring safety and security of guests, team members, and hotel premises
- Handling phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks
- Setting up front office for morning handover
