Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior Manager for Product Data Specification to join their team in Nijmegen. In this role, you will lead specification governance and operational excellence, managing the creation and maintenance of material, packaging, and product specifications. You will serve as a subject matter expert and drive process improvements, system enhancements, and training initiatives.
What you will do
- Lead specification governance and operational excellence
- Manage creation, management, and maintenance of material, packaging, and product specifications
- Serve as subject matter expert and escalation point for specification processes and systems
- Drive process improvements, KPI development, system enhancements, and training initiatives
- Support implementation of regulatory, ESG, compliance, and business-driven data changes
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support commercialization timelines and strategic initiatives
What you bring
- Leadership experience managing global teams in specifications, product data, or quality systems environments
- Experience with specification systems, digital platforms, and data governance processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to have
- Familiarity with GS1 standards and industry best practices
