What you will do
- Contribute to business and category strategy discussions for sauces and taste elevation
- Lead large, technically complex projects through company process
- Translate consumer and market insights into business opportunities
- Define and drive R&D roadmap for innovation and productivity
- Connect category strategy with technology platforms and capability building
- Coach technologists to strengthen technical capability and collaboration
What you bring
- MSc in Food Science & Technology or related field
- 6+ years of product development experience in food industry
- Experience in complex or matrix organization and international environment
- Ability to manage complex projects and build cross-functional partnerships
- Consumer and customer focus
- Excellent English communication skills
