About the job
Eurofins is looking for a QA Specialist to join their team in Oegstgeest. In this role, you will ensure compliance with GxP, ISO, and internal quality standards while supporting risk management and process improvements.
What you will do
- Ensure compliance with GxP, ISO, and internal quality standards
- Review and approve deviations, change controls, complaints, OOS investigations, and CAPAs
- Support risk management through risk assessments and root cause investigations
- Train, coach, and mentor colleagues on quality culture
- Participate in audits and inspections
- Lead process improvement projects
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment
- Knowledge of GxP regulations, quality systems, and data integrity
- Experience with deviations, CAPAs, change controls, risk assessments, and audits
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English
