OnLogic is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations at their Oosterhout location. This role involves coordinating team activities, managing resource planning, and driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
What you will do
- Direct and coordinate daily operations team activities
- Manage flexible resource planning and shift allocations
- Oversee floor workflows and identify tactical inefficiencies
- Motivate team members and align them with company values
- Monitor team KPIs and drive action in pull manufacturing
- Ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance and integrate LEAN principles
What you bring
- Full professional English proficiency
- Leadership experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of ERP systems for procurement and capacity planning
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or technical field
Nice to have
- Affinity with computer hardware
- Experience with LEAN and ISO standards
