Boskalis is looking for a Senior Technical Superintendent to join their Fleet Management team in Papendrecht. In this role, you will coordinate with vessel crews and internal departments to ensure operational readiness and compliance. You will oversee repairs, budgets, and maintenance for a fleet of specialized offshore vessels.

What you will do

  • Coordinate with vessel crew, fleet team, and supporting departments to maintain operational condition and compliance
  • Promote SHEQ and NINA policies
  • Report work activities and progress to fleet team and operational manager
  • Collaborate with vessel crew, Docking Cell, and Centre of Expertise to prepare and budget repairs
  • Oversee repairs and supervise crew and subcontractors according to planning, budget, and quality standards
  • Manage cost allocation for vessel repair, maintenance, dockings, damages, and modifications

What you bring

  • Higher or secondary vocational education in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of offshore equipment such as AHTS, CSV, DSV, CLV
  • Good technical knowledge of active heave compensated knuckle boom cranes
  • Fully conversant with legislative and regulatory requirements for marine assets
  • Relevant experience in operation of DP2 and DP3 vessels including FMEA process
  • Good command of English, written and spoken
