Monday Merch is a fast-growing scale-up seeking a Technical Lead to drive the Merch Platform, Shop, and ERP products. You will set technical direction and contribute hands-on while mentoring a team of seven engineers.
What you will do
- Set technical direction and contribute hands-on to backend, frontend, and infrastructure projects
- Translate company goals into daily engineering tasks
- Mentor and coach a team of seven engineers
- Optimize performance, security, and maintainability of the tech stack
- Use AI and automation to enhance productivity
- Own the Merch Platform, Shop, and ERP products
What you bring
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Full-stack proficiency with deep expertise in Python (Odoo) and Vue/Nuxt 3
- Leadership mindset with experience mentoring or managing engineers
- Systematic and structured approach to balancing strategy and execution
- Proven experience using AI, automation, and LLMs in development workflows
- Strong communication skills for conveying technical ideas
