McArthurGlen UK Ltd is looking for a Guest Experience Advisor to join the team in Roermond. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and brand partners, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. You will represent the company both in person and through digital channels while supporting daily operations.
What you will do
- Welcome guests and brand partners, answer questions and resolve concerns
- Promote centre services, activities and events
- Work towards targets while prioritising guest experience
- Record and monitor guest feedback
- Represent McArthurGlen in person and via digital channels
- Complete day-to-day administration and maintain Guest Services area
What you bring
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Warm, confident and professional approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good organisational, administrative and digital skills
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Flexibility to work in line with centre opening hours, including weekends
