About the job
As a Guest Experience Advisor, you will be the face of the brand, ensuring every visitor leaves with a positive impression. You will handle a variety of guest interactions, from answering questions to resolving issues, all while promoting the company's products and services. This role is based in Roosendaal and is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
What you will do
- Engage with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Promote additional products and services, meeting targets
- Handle face-to-face, email and social media feedback
- Complete administrative tasks such as online gift card orders
- Uphold high standards in the Guest Services area
- Promote a collaborative working environment
What you bring
- Exceptional people skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting with customer facing and admin tasks
- Proactive and able to make things happen
- Proficient IT skills including email, Word and Excel
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Flexible about working hours on a rota basis
Nice to have
- Additional language skills
- Experience in hospitality and customer-facing roles
