About the job

Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join their team in Zoetermeer. In this role, you will lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders while taking ownership of productivity and safety during shifts. You will act as the right-hand of the Hub Manager and step up in their absence.

What you will do

Lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders
Take ownership of productivity and safety during shifts
Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
Act as right-hand of Hub Manager, step up in their absence
Ensure safety, coach team, assist with inventory, check bike fleet, maintain hygiene, onboard new hires

What you bring

Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
Available at least 24 hours per week
