Payter B.V. is looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide technical direction and mentor engineers in Rotterdam. You will lead cross-functional squads while designing microservices, web interfaces, and cloud-native infrastructure.

What you will do

Lead technical direction of cross-functional squads
Design and build microservices and web interfaces
Manage cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
Optimize system performance and ensure reliability
Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product Managers

What you bring

7+ years software engineering experience
2+ years as tech lead or staff engineer
Production-grade experience with Go and Java
Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular
Experience with cloud-native systems and Kubernetes
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code

Nice to have

Familiarity with event-driven architectures
Knowledge of GraphQL API design
Understanding of security engineering best practices
