About the job
HousingAnywhere Group in Rotterdam is looking for an HR Manager to lead a small team and oversee the full employee lifecycle. You will manage daily operations, handle employee relations, and advise managers on people management.
What you will do
- Manage and mentor a team of 3 HR and office staff
- Coordinate daily workload and set team priorities
- Handle employee relations and performance improvement plans
- Advise managers on people management and performance cycles
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Track HR metrics and support audits and payroll
What you bring
- At least 10 years of HR experience
- Experience supervising team operations and handling escalations
- Hands-on experience with Dutch payroll
- Proficient in Google Workspace, HRIS, and performance management tools
- Ability to extract and present HR analytics
- Business fluency in English
Nice to have
- Experience with French HR and payroll
- Experience with Dutch 30% ruling and visa procedures
- Proficiency in Dutch or French
