HousingAnywhere Group is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the long-term vision for search and discovery experiences. You'll lead projects from early discovery through launch and iteration, using qualitative research and data to drive decisions.

- Use qualitative research, behavioral data, and experimentation for decisions
- Define success, measure impact, and improve solutions
- Raise quality bar through critique and craft
- Contribute to design principles, design system, and product building
What you bring
- At least 7+ years designing complex digital products
- Strong product thinking and problem framing skills
- Excellent interaction and visual design craft
- Experience in marketplaces, search or discovery products
- Experience running discovery and validating ideas
- Confidence working with data, metrics, and experiments
