Pricing Manager
About the job
Huntsman is seeking a Pricing Manager to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will develop and execute pricing strategies for the EAMEI region, leading value creation and coordinating daily commercial decisions. You will work cross-functionally to enhance pricing tools and processes.
What you will do
- Develop and execute pricing strategies and targets for the EAMEI region
- Lead pricing activities and value creation in collaboration with multiple departments
- Coordinate daily pricing and commercial decisions
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions for timely decision-making
- Set up and improve pricing tools and processes
- Gather and communicate market information to support decisions
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, or business performance
- Experience in a B2B production environment
- Experience with both pricing and commercial finance
- Experience working with commercial, sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Experience in the chemical industry
- Leadership experience, including coaching and developing team members
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
- Additional European languages, especially Dutch, French, or German
