About the job
Payter B.V. in Rotterdam is looking for a Quality Officer to develop and maintain quality policies and procedures. You will work onsite to monitor and improve product development reliability, while participating in meetings and preparing for assessments.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain quality policies and procedures
- Monitor and improve reliability of product development and testing
- Participate in meetings with development and other teams
- Organize and prepare for process, product, and procedural assessments
- Process information in quality management system and prepare reports
- Provide support to other areas and train employees
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, audit, or regulatory oversight
- Basic knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, or compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- High level of integrity, independence, and sound judgment
- Fluent in Dutch and English
Nice to have
- Speaks Chinese
