Sia is looking for a Senior Consultant Energy and Industry to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will execute project assignments such as data structuring, analysis, and workshops, while also coaching new hires and contributing to knowledge creation.

What you will do

Execute project assignments like data structuring, analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshops, process mapping, functional specifications
Coach new hires and juniors
Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange within business units

What you bring

Master's degree
3-6 years relevant working experience
Analytical mind, able to synthesize
Fast learner, communicative, flexible, entrepreneurial
Strong interest in data and AI
Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills

Nice to have

Fluent German
