Sia is looking for a (Senior) Manager Energy & Industry to guide companies through the energy transition in Rotterdam. You will lead projects, coach consultants, and drive business development in a hybrid working environment.

What you will do

Guide companies during the energy transition
Work on various projects with a team of consultants or client representatives
Ensure projects are delivered beyond expectations
Coach and mentor consultants
Engage in business development and sales support

What you bring

Completed Master's Degree
At least 8 years of consulting experience in the utilities industry
Business network at relevant energy companies
Good view of energy market developments and their impact
Strong interest in data and AI-related topics
Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills

Nice to have

Fluent German
