Cerba Research is looking for a Specialty Lab Liaison - Project Manager to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you act as the primary client contact for clinical trial projects from award to closeout, bridging science and delivery. You coordinate project execution, manage timelines and budgets, and participate in business development discussions.
What you will do
- Act as primary client contact for clinical trial projects from award to closeout
- Coordinate project execution with lab operations and other teams
- Prepare analytical plans and assign tests to samples
- Report trial results and compile bioanalytical reports
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and change orders
- Participate in business development discussions on costs and feasibility
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or PhD) in Life Sciences
- Experience in project management or client-facing role in service lab or CRO
- Scientific literacy in specialty laboratory assays
- Strong communication skills
- Commercial awareness
- Solution-focused and resilient
Nice to have
- Degree in virology, microbiology, or immunology
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French
