At Cerba Research, you will support quality and compliance in a specialty lab environment. As a QA Manager, you will perform study-based audits and contribute to continuous improvement.
What you will do
- Perform study-based audits on validation, analytical plans, raw data and reports
- Support regulatory compliance across multiple standards
- Contribute to quality and continuous improvement culture
- Support CAPA and deviation management
- Participate in and review audit findings and reports
- Monitor document control processes
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or 5+ years experience in QA and lab operations
- Strong background in laboratory operations and quality control
- Experience with ISO standards and regulatory frameworks
- Experience performing internal audits and supporting external audits
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Dutch or French language skills
