About the job
Vstep is looking for a Supply Chain Intern to support the procurement team in Rotterdam. This internship offers hands-on experience with purchasing, supplier communication, and ERP tools. You will work closely with colleagues and contribute to daily operations.
What you will do
- Assist with procurement and purchasing activities
- Communicate with suppliers and follow up on orders
- Help find and contact new suppliers
- Support colleagues with their purchasing needs
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in a relevant program such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Looking for an internship or graduation project as part of education
- Detail-oriented and able to follow through
- Willing to learn and work with procurement and ERP tools such as Exact and Odoo
- Comfortable with technology
- Located in the Netherlands and able to work office-based in Rotterdam
Nice to have
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Real purchasing experience including negotiating smaller orders
- Hands-on experience with ERP tools (Exact and Odoo)
